Ruthven Pastoral Charge - United Church Of Canada

We are part of Essex Presbytery and London Conference.

The churches are situated in the Town of Kingsville, Ontario, near the north shores of beautiful Lake Erie in the Sun Parlour of Canada. Ruthven is located between Leamington and Kingsville, and New California is a small community just northwest of the Town of Kingsville. Kingsville is the most southernly town in Canada. We are located south of Detroit, Michigan (about an hour away via the Ambassador Bridge or Tunnel), and are the same longitude as Northern California and Italy.

Both congregations are very involved in their Churches, offering Adult Choirs and active Sunday School programs. Church Services are recorded for anyone not able to attend and Hearing Devices are available for those needing them. Olinda-Ruthven has a lift to accommodate everyone. Our Churches participate in Community Outreach Programs and Mission Projects e.g. Haiti Mission Project (see outreach).

Olinda-Ruthven has a beautiful Church Hall which is available for use by the Community for Bridal/Baby Showers, and other special events. Call the office for availability.
