* A Statement of Faith - (page 918 VU - A New Creed)
We are not alone,
we live in God's world.
We believe in God:
who has created and is creating,
who has come in Jesus,
the word made flesh,
to reconcile and make new,
who works in us and others
by the Spirit.
We trust in God.
We are called to be the Church:
to celebrate God's presence,
to live with respect in creation,
to love and serve others,
to seek justice and resist evil,
to proclaim Jesus, crucified and risen,
our judge and our hope.
In life, in death, in life beyond death,
God is with us.
We are not alone.
Thanks be to God.

O Lord my God! When I in awesome wonder
Consider all the works Thy hand hath made,
I see the stars, I hear the mighty thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed:
Refrain:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to thee,
How great thou art! how great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to thee,
How great thou art! how great thou art!
When through the woods and forest glades I wander
I hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees;
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur,
And hear the brook, and feel the gentle breeze;
Refrain:
And when I think that Jesus’ life of giving;
A love so wide that no one is left out,
No cross or tomb can stop the Word from living,
And so inspired, I raise my voice and shout.
Refrain:
In life, in death, in life beyond our ending,
In God’s great love is where we find our rest.
With joyful hearts and thankful voices blending,
The whole creation knows itself as blest.
